    We’re using U.S. crochet terms in this tutorial and materials used for this project are:

    1. Lion Band Jiffy 2 ply mohair-look yarn (3oz/85 grams per ball): 3 balls white
    2. #100 (MC) and 2 balls each rose
    3. #140 (A) and dusty blue #108 (B)
    4. Size K/10!/2 crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

    GAUGE: Each point = 4;4″across to save time, take time to check gauge.

    Note: Stipe patt sequence is 2 rows MC, 4 rows A, 2 rows MC, 4 rows B. To change the color at end of row work last double crochet with current color yntil 2 lps rem on hook, drop current color, yo with next color and draw through 2 lps on hook.

    Pattern Stitch: 5-dcdec: *[Yarn over, insert hook in next stitch or sp and pull up lp, yarn over and draw through 2 loops] twice*, skip 1 stitch or sp rep from *to* once, yarn over and draw through all 5 loops on hook.
